That’s because all of my health and nutrition education is based on proven research and science (not just my personal opinion), and I also know how to make that information approachable, easy to learn, fun, and motivating. I ask my clients to embrace small changes and baby steps, avoid calorie counting, and to enjoy food instead of fearing it. It’s my signature style for a healthier simple life.
